The rooms were worn and dirty, and the hotel felt old and crusty. We went about 1 km down the road toward Urdaneta proper to the brand new Levo Hotel instead. Its rooms were beautiful and new, breakfast and the restaurant were great, and breakfast was free. Levo is easily the best hotel in Urdaneta.

I slept so well there, and the blanket was lovely. The TV lets you watch YouTube and Netflix, which I love, and the Wi-Fi was the best I've had. The staff were amazing too, especially Jerome. The room was good, though I hope they fix the air conditioning and comfort room. Breakfast was basic but good.

We had already paid for three rooms through Agoda when management told us only two were available. They said they weren't connected to Agoda and left us to contact Agoda ourselves about getting a refund. They also made no effort to help us find another room. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend staying here. They showed no compassion toward their guests.

There was no remote for the TV, though the room did have room service. The room had no windows and felt kind of creepy. No towels or toiletries were provided, but there was free water in the lobby. The acoustics were poor too.

It could be a good place to stay, but it isn't managed very well. Food and toiletries were among the services it lacked.
