Double M Hotel

The staff's hospitality and service are what made our stay worthwhile. The hotel is in central Valencia and shares its building with the popular Tirso's Pastries and Roadhouse restaurant, both good food options to try. There isn't a gym or pool, though. It's definitely a place I'd stay in when I'm in the city.

We've stayed here four times now, and the rooms are spacious. This visit we had the Family Room and added a bed for the extra person. Even the extra bed was good. Breakfast has moved to Tisa Lounge on the 5th Floor, which is much larger and more relaxing than the 1st floor spot from, I think, two years ago. We'll come back when we're in bkdn again soon. I hope the rooms, service and amenities stay as they are, or get even better. It's worth it.

I slept well here. The bathroom was clean, and the mattress was thick and firm. Breakfast was filling, with a single-serve main meal plus a buffet of side dishes to go with it. The downside is that the parking area only fits a few cars.

The staff were kind and helpful, and looked after guests well. The restaurant food was so good I gained weight, though one waiter, I think, didn't seem happy to be there. It's right in the city center, handy for groceries, a pharmacy and banks. The hotel has a nice modern feel, a great atmosphere and spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was lovely, and it stayed quiet despite being by the road. I did miss having a mini fridge, business computers for guests, and laundry service in the hotel. Still, this would be my go-to when I visit the Philippines. Thanks for making the stay so good!
