We had a room meant for six to ourselves, though we were a group of four and paid for four. It was neat and clean, if a little cramped. There are food shops nearby, so finding something to eat isn't a problem, and Calle Crisologo is a short walk away. Its location is peaceful, so I'd recommend it if you mainly need somewhere to rest.

For the price, it feels worth it if you're not expecting a hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a decent bathroom and hot and cold shower. The attendant was good, and you're close to Crisologo St. and other tourist spots. It did get a bit hot around noon because the air conditioner felt too small for such a big room.

A budget-friendly option for backpackers, with free WiFi. They don't include things like toiletries, slippers, or water, perhaps because this isn't a hotel.

HEM is clean and affordable, and conveniently close to most Vigan City landmarks. They provide shampoo, soap, towels, and a hot shower. Across the road there's a liquor store, and a bar has recently opened nearby. There was no free breakfast or toothpaste, and the TV is small. If you reserve the dorm room, expect noise early in the morning since it's right beside the lobby. Overall, it's a good spot for backpackers or families.

I stayed at HEM Apartelle for four nights while attending the National R & D Congress at UNP, Vigan. Marlon & Ronald had reserved a clean, spacious room for me. The place is close to St. Paul Cathedral and Calle Crisologo.
