Marcian Business Hotel

The room was awful: it smelled bad, the AC dripped, there were cockroaches, and there was no hot water. We couldn't relax at all. We were excited about the stay, but the problems started when we arrived. Although we'd told the staff when to expect us, they nearly canceled our reservation, and there was no apology, just chaos. We had also paid for a room with breakfast included, but nobody explained where to go or how breakfast worked. We only learned about it at checkout, so we never got the breakfast we'd paid for. It felt like nothing had been taken care of, and we were lucky just to have somewhere to sleep. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was filthy, with a smelly room and dirty hallways. The breakfast staff didn't want to be bothered. Skip this place.

The rooms are clean and affordable, and I feel at home here. What I enjoy most about Marcian Business Hotel is how friendly and approachable the staff are, whether I'm visiting for business or vacation. They greeted me with smiles from the moment I arrived and are always willing to help with any concerns, which made me feel welcome and comfortable. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay with staff who go out of their way to make guests feel at home. I hope others get to experience this kind of treatment too!!!

The bathroom smells, the AC kept dripping onto my bed, and there were so many cockroaches in the room that I had to move to another one. Worst hotel in Zamboanga Peninsula. Don't stay here if you want to avoid wasting your money.
