We had a great time here, and the friendly staff made things easy for us. The meals and desserts were affordable and came without a long wait. I especially loved the homemade strawberry ice cream. It’s a lovely place to unwind, and I’m planning to come back for dinner by the infinity pool.

The room was comfortable and nice for the ₱3,000 we paid for a standard booking. Breakfast, though, was a letdown. In every other hotel or resort I’ve stayed at, breakfast included a drink. Here it was only service water, with no coffee or juice, which feels lacking at that room price. We also didn’t feel welcomed when we arrived at Sea Horizon Resort. The staff hardly seemed to smile, and we felt more like outsiders than guests. A little warmth would have changed the impression. The resort has potential, but the hospitality and breakfast made our stay disappointing. A few simple improvements could make a real difference.

The beachfront setting is peaceful, with lovely views, and the facilities are well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. The staff were attentive and did a lot to make the stay comfortable. A memorable retreat in Zamboanguita, and a good choice for families or anyone looking to relax in Negros Oriental.
