Mr. Yadir Niazi really stood out for his professionalism and kind, helpful manner. He kept making sure we were comfortable, and his hospitality added a lot to the stay. We had comfortable rooms, a pleasant environment, and an excellent experience overall. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the hotel.

I was at Royal Mark for my cousin's wedding and stayed less than 24 hours, but the service still made a strong impression. The food was good, and the staff paid attention to what we needed and even asked about my preferences. Yasir, the all-rounder manager, was especially cooperative and helped make the stay better. Well done to him.

The beds are comfortable and high quality, and the bathrooms are only average and could be better. The rooms have been improved, with AC, internet, lighting, safety, and food access all handled well. Hot shower water takes about 10 minutes to get ready.

The location is the one good point. I checked in at 5:45 pm, but the rooms, which were meant to be ready by 2 pm, still weren't prepared. The manager just said, “Ho jaata hai,” instead of apologizing. There was noise from other rooms all night, and they had no SOPs for dealing with it. Not a good experience at all.

The toilets were clean too, which can be hard to find in Pakistan. I came from Europe and found the hotel really nice and clean, and the staff were kind. Special thanks to the manager Syed Yasir and Zahid. When I'm back in Bahawalpur, I'll definitely stay here again.
