The room was clean and the furniture was better, but the slow service left me disappointed with the hotel and stay. In February, there was no warm water for a morning shower. Room service was late, and after waiting an hour for breakfast to be brought to the room, I gave up and ate outside. The Wi-Fi wasn't working either.

The Wi-Fi was great, and the rate was reasonable at 3000rs for the room. The room itself was spacious, with six single beds, so it’s okay for a night or two. But the washroom was ridiculously dirty, the taps were broken, the flush didn’t work, and there was no hot water.

The price was affordable, and the service was excellent. The room was clean, with a heater and hot water. I’d highly recommend it to everyone.

Clean room, hot water, heater and TV, along with great hospitality. It was an excellent stay, and I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Great atmosphere and 100% clean. A very VIP hotel in Swat, and perfect for families at cheap rates.
