Hotel Versa Appartments lodges Gulberg3

When I arrived, I was told my room had been given to someone else, even though I had booked through agoda. I couldn't get Madam Z*** to answer my call while I was at the hotel. The team was unprofessional and uncooperative. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The showers in the washroom barely worked, and the AC was awful. There was no room key, the rooms were dusty, and the windows had bedsheets hung up with nails instead of curtains or blinds. Staff behavior was 3/10. A really bad experience.

I still hadn't received my bill after nine days and repeated calls. They gave me a cash memo and said they'd send the bill by email or WhatsApp, but never did. The customer service was poor, so avoid staying here if you need a bill to claim later.

The room looked much better in the photos. There was no hot water in the wash basin, even after the bell hop got hot water running in the shower when I complained. The furniture was dusty and unclean, though thankfully the sheets and pillow covers seemed clean. The family in the room next to mine, who I assume were from KPK, talked and laughed loudly until after midnight, and nobody asked them to quiet down. My advance booking listed a mini bar and balcony, but neither had appeared. It also showed Rs5563, while I was charged Rs6420 at check-in. I still hadn't been given a room key, even though I was already in the room. I was quoted a different fare when booking, too. Maybe this would be fine for plenty of people, but the whole thing left a disgusting taste in my mouth. They have a lot of work to do, and quickly, if they want me to change my review and come back. A really bad experience. Go ahead and waste your money if you must, but you've been warned.
