The location is lovely, and the rooms are cheap. People are very friendly, and the service is good.

I stayed for two nights and couldn’t get the washroom cleaned, even after asking several times. They don’t provide room service or towels, and the bedding is poor. The room itself was low quality, with no real standards. The crockery was dirty, broken, and unusable. Their way of dealing with customers is pathetic. My honest advice is to avoid staying here, no matter how cheap the room is.

My family and I went to the restaurant for dinner last night. The food arrived cold, and after I complained, the manager, Sheikh, argued that it was fine. When I disagreed, he insisted we take all the food and pay the full bill. My family had taken a bite, then we realized the food seemed frozen and recycled. With my family there, I felt I had no choice but to pay and leave for another place. I wouldn’t recommend dining at this hotel.
