The location is a poor fit for families, with motor mechanics all around, and it's far from G7 markaz, so there's little to do nearby in the evening. The rooms are in terrible shape, with cleanliness and maintenance problems, and staff gave false information about hot water. Service was below average, especially from the receptionist or manager, who acted as if accommodating guests was a favor.

For what you pay, it's okay. The room itself wasn't the best, but the location is nice, with a restaurant downstairs and a corner store. The people working there are trying hard, so don't give them a hard time. There's a nice view, an ATM and backs about a ten-minute walk away, and motorcycle and car service shops downstairs.

It's an old-style hotel with average rooms, but the price is affordable. The surroundings are calm and there are places to eat nearby. For this price range in Islamabad, it works for an average person.

The management and service are awful. The staff were rude and abusive. Don't go there.

For a short stay, it was okay. My first room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned, but they changed it after I asked. The replacement had no smell, noise, or insects, and the bathroom was fine. Warm water was available in the morning.
