Hotel Star

I’ve been coming to Hotel Star every three months for six years, so I’ve seen the place change. They’ve spent a lot on paint, furniture, and the reception, but the staff attitude is still the same. I find them arrogant, dishonest, and disrespectful, with little regard for regular customers. It feels like they care more about taking your money than treating you decently. Their online replies are another frustration. They look like ChatGPT responses, with the same fake politeness and copy-paste English that often doesn’t make sense. They should work on how they speak to customers instead of using ChatGPT to cover up their attitude. New paint and furniture haven’t fixed the real problem for me: the staff’s behavior.

Very beautiful hotel, with a really nice room. The staff are excellent and cooperative.

A neat, elegant little hotel, and it’s good overall. The service could use more attention, though. I had to ask for bathroom chappals and toilet paper, which should have been there already. There was no tissue box, toothpaste, or shampoo in the room either. Breakfast was included, but it arrived cold, as if brought over from nearby hotels. They didn’t put sugar in the tea or offer any separately. Little details like these can make the stay better or worse.

I came from the UK and had a memorable stay at START HOTEL. The room was spacious and modern, with a very comfortable bed, quality linens, a stocked mini-bar, and nightly turn-down service with gourmet chocolates. I also had a breathtaking view. The lobby was lovely and calm, and check-in was quick and smooth, with a warm welcome and a complimentary drink. I enjoyed dining at START HOTEL. There was a good range on the menu, and the dishes I tried were delicious and nicely presented. The staff were attentive without hovering. Across the stay, they were friendly and helpful, arranging transport, suggesting local activities, and greeting me with a smile. The luxury, amenities, food, and service made for a great getaway. I’d highly recommend it for a 5-star experience, and I can’t wait to come back.
