Breakfast had a good variety, and the hotel’s city location made nearby markets convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. Staff were polite and helpful the whole time, from check-in through check-out, and the hospitality made me feel welcome. I had a fantastic stay at Regalia Hotel Islamabad and recommend it to anyone visiting Islamabad.

We booked and paid in full for a hall two months ahead, but on the day of our function it was switched without warning, seemingly for a small extra profit. That shows little regard for customers and felt unprofessional and unethical. Waseem and Waqar were especially rude and dismissive, with no respect for the commitment or our concerns. The management and lack of accountability reflect badly on the service. I’d advise people to think carefully before trusting this venue with an important event.

I wasn’t sure about staying here at first, but I’m glad we chose it. The breakfast buffet was great, the rooms were clean and had all the amenities, and guests could use a working gym. Staff were pleasant and helpful too. The experience was on par with what you’d expect from an international chain. It’s nice to see a local hotel doing so well, and I’d recommend it to families looking for a good stay in Islamabad.

They eventually seated us in a breakfast dining area instead of a proper event or marriage hall, and our family’s first event was ruined. We had booked a hall at Regalia Hotel Islamabad two months in advance for an important family occasion, with everything confirmed well ahead of time. But when we arrived just two hours before the event, management suddenly said the hall wasn’t available because a conference was underway. The rude, abusive behavior made an already bad situation worse. They used extremely inappropriate [language]. Rather than sort things out respectfully, they kept making false assurances and treating us insultingly. This was humiliating and deeply disappointing. The hotel showed no respect for commitments, professionalism, or basic customer service, and I strongly wouldn’t recommend it for an important event.
