The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were kind. I booked a family room for two adults and asked for a mattress for my son. It cost Rs. 2500 per night, including breakfast and tax, which I hadn’t expected. At checkout, I thanked Mr. Waleed, the hotel representative, for waiving the extra mattress charge when I asked. That made the stay memorable, so I’m giving the hotel five stars and would recommend trying it.

We stayed for three days in room 205 and had a really pleasant time. The peaceful surroundings and clean, comfortable room made it easy to enjoy the stay, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. I had a great experience at Sintra Hotel and highly recommend it.

Even after asking at least three times, starting two weeks before our family check-in, for clean beds and rooms, we found bugs in the bed again. The hotel moved us, but the heater in the replacement room wouldn’t switch off, so my family couldn’t sleep all night. At reception, a staff member casually said he couldn’t do anything, and we weren’t compensated at all. I’d previously given the hotel four stars despite slow service, bed bugs in one bed, and a lizard in the executive room. The rest had been good enough that we decided to return with family. This time was much worse.

Sintra Hotel is in a handy spot, with everything nearby. Our suite was spotless, nicely furnished, and had a great view. The staff were friendly, room service was excellent, and breakfast was included and delicious. I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay in Islamabad.
