Airport Hotel

Good value for money overall. The building and location are great, and perhaps it was built by British. With better marketing and a little more investment, it could become a great hotel or even a tourist destination.

The room was comfortable and clean, better than I expected, and the staff were friendly and happy to lend a hand. There were plenty of good restaurants and attractions within walking distance, so the location worked really well. The amenities were also top-notch, including the fitness center and breakfast buffet. I had an amazing stay at [Hotel Name] and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place in [City]. The only real plus at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Karachi Airport Hotel was how close it is to the airport. That’s where the positives ended for us. I stayed there in July 2024 after PIA canceled our transit flight to Muscat and arranged the accommodation. The room was an acceptable size and had AC, but no ceiling fan. The toilet was dirty, and basic bathroom items like soap were missing. For our family of four, two adults and two kids, they provided only one king-size bed, which made sleeping uncomfortable. There was no bottled water either. The buffet had only 2-3 dishes, and the food wasn’t good. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re paying yourself. If an airline or another arrangement covers it, I’d strongly suggest asking for a better-maintained room. We had high tea with the family. There was a reasonable selection, from desi snacks and continental sandwiches to chicken wings and fried fish. The sweets made a good mix too, and the tea and coffee were quite good. Still, the price per person for high tea was a bit EXPENSIVE.
