The staff were quick to respond and seemed to know what I needed before I had to ask. Their room service made the stay feel genuinely luxurious, and I felt well looked after.

I called ahead and got the location, but it was far from where I was told it would be. After I arrived, they asked for extra money. The location and dealings felt false, and the behavior was poor. These people are scammers, so don't try this place.
