My patient was at Altamash hospital, so I stayed at Regine Inn Hotel for about five days. The staff were very cooperative, and when the AC broke after a day, they moved me to another room right away. The rooms and washrooms were all excellent. I also asked the kitchen staff to wash fruit for me because my patient was in hospital, and I was amazed by how clean the kitchen was. Breakfast and meals were excellent too. I highly recommend it.

The quiet atmosphere is why I keep coming back. I've stayed here more than 50 times over the past three years, usually for 7-12 hours, and the management has been good. I hope they renovate the washrooms and provide sweet water. Also, for my next visit, would a third guest be allowed in a standard room for just a few hours?
2/10
The location is the only thing I liked. The rooms were dirty, and the sheets and pillow covers smelled bad. The AC didn't work properly, the TV was old, and the staff weren't friendly. Regine Inn offers little compared with similar hotels, but charges too much.
4/10
The location is good, but the stay itself could be much better. I had to spend one night here, and in my view the place needs a major overhaul.
2/10
The manager was really rude, and the service was the worst. I'm not coming back.
