The breakfast server was such a nice person. The rooms were okay, though the toilet water washer in the washroom was leaking.

The staff member Muhammad Ali was rude and had a lot of attitude. He wouldn't answer calls and treated customers very badly. Please change this staff if you want to provide better service.

We arrived to find a small room without the attached sitting room, even though we were charged for an executive room. I had told the manager in person that I was booking for a groom to stay for two days after his marriage. Breakfast still wasn't ready at 10:30, despite my asking for it at 07:30. The location wasn't good either, and the service was pathetic. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The manager said the hotel was associated with Ramada, but there was no association. They showed one room, booked another, charged for a bigger room, then gave us a smaller one. Breakfast wasn't served on time, and the service was extremely poor. Easily one of my worst hotel experiences, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The location is prime, in DHA Phase II Extension Karachi Sindh Pakistan, and the staff were all great. They went out of their way to make the stay comfortable, they deserve awards! Cleanliness across the property could be improved a lot, though.
