Karakorum View Hotel

The location is the best, and the rooms are very good, but cleanliness was a problem. They didn't even dust them. Service wasn't great either, with unprofessional staff and behavior. The rooms are expensive, while the service doesn't measure up.

We were four people and stayed for three nights in November, during the off season, so some of these problems may have been related to that. The windows and balcony had impeccable views, there's a garden with a great outlook, and Karimabad Bazaar is nearby. Staff were polite and cooperative. They also offer paid outdoor BBQ and bonfires. We asked for water several times but only got bottled water once because it wasn't available. Instead, they brought spring water from downstairs, which isn't suitable for a city dweller like me. The bathroom light flickered the whole time, despite us telling someone as soon as we got to the room. Sockets on one side didn't work at all, so we had to use powerbanks to charge while in the double bed. It's still a good place to stay, since nearby hotels with the same view cost 2x-3x more. I'd stay again myself, but they should fix those issues.

The balcony has an amazing view. The hotel has clean rooms, nice staff, and hot water 24/7.

The lawn and ambiance are excellent, with electricity available all the time and hot water. The owner is very cooperative, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend.
