City View Hotel Lahore

I stayed at City View Hotel Lahore a couple of weeks ago, and one interaction at reception left me with a terrible impression. When I brought a guest, the woman there spoke harshly and disrespectfully, and said I had to hand over my guest's ID card at reception before they could stay. Her manner felt completely uncaring and unprofessional. I've never had such poor customer service at a hotel. Management needs to train the reception staff, especially this woman, to speak politely to guests. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The staff were especially helpful and professional, and the rooms were clean, well maintained, and had air conditioning and the usual amenities. City View is a good choice in Lahore if you're on a tight budget. It's centrally located in Gulberg, with several routes to other parts of the city.

Mr Fahad deserves thanks for the great service. From arrival, the staff were welcoming and ready to help, and check-in was quick and smooth. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with the amenities I needed; the bed was cozy, the window view was stunning, and housekeeping kept things in great shape each day. I also really enjoyed the fresh, delicious food, from the breakfast buffet to room service. The hotel is close to key attractions, while indoors it felt peaceful and quiet. Every staff member went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. I had a wonderful time and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it for comfort, luxury, and top-class hospitality.
