There was no Wi-Fi or UPS power backup. The mineral water bottle they gave me seemed to be filled from the tap, and they charged me for it. After I checked in at 11 p.m., staff turned off the AC at 2 a.m. from the main breaker, saying it was their policy to switch it off three hours after check-in, once the room had cooled. The room was very dirty, and the bed was in bad condition and noisy. Staff behavior was totally unprofessional. I travel to multiple cities for work often, but this was the first hotel like this I'd seen. I had a very bad stay.

The management was extremely poor, and the place had no cleanliness at all. The blanket and towel were really dirty. They claim to offer things like a heater and Wi-Fi, but that wasn't true, and the mattresses were poor too. I also doubt the 3.4-star rating, it seems paid. Highly disappointing.

The staff were polite and very cooperative, and the location is great for the price. It's an economical guest house that seems especially suited to families. I'd recommend it to families visiting Lahore with children.

I had a terrible stay. There was no parking, the rooms weren't clean, and the cupboards were dirty. The washrooms were awful, the bedsheets hadn't been washed, and the electrical boards were broken.
