The location was the one good thing. The rooms are so cramped, the washroom is tiny, there's no room service or internet, and everything else was poor.

The stay was great, and the reception team gave five star service. Zubair especially stood out, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I do have one request: please give the cleaners gloves for bathroom cleaning, for their safety and hygiene. We had an amazing stay.

We had an amazing stay with family. The location was superb, and it's a great place to stay.

The only drawbacks were the wait for extra clean towels until the next morning and finding the entrance, which is at the back via an alley. Otherwise, the apartments were lovely and clean, with two big double bedrooms and a spacious lounge. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is right in the heart of Gulberg.

Getting transport is easy, and the place is just behind the mall of gulberg. The staff are friendly, and the rooms were clean; ask them and they'll bring necessary items to your room. One small issue: the automatic sensor lights in the passages take a few seconds to come on, which can feel scary.
