I paid 5000 for one night at Safa Hotel, but left after only about 10 minutes because the manager shouted at me when I raised concerns at 2:30 am. His unprofessional behavior was the last straw in a short, troubling stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with no basic items like tissues or water bottles. I believe there was a hidden camera. The manager denied it, but after I turned the light off and then on, something blinked on the TV screen, even after I pulled out its switches. It left me feeling my privacy and safety were compromised. When I tried to raise these issues, staff were unresponsive and dismissive, with no accountability or professionalism. As I left, I saw the gate secured with a simple lock and no guard present, which raised further safety concerns. The missing essentials, privacy concerns, security lapse, and treatment made the night feel like a rip-off. I wouldn't choose Safa Hotel. I'm sharing what happened to warn others and urge fellow travelers to look elsewhere for a safe, comfortable, hassle-free stay.

The owner was polite and humble with clients. This is a perfect location for anyone visiting the expo for business, close to both the Expo center and the mall.

The room was dirty and the staff weren't cooperative. The food was expensive, with tea costing 100 rs a cup. When you tried to negotiate, they'd agree at first, then start taking away the complimentary breakfast or give you the worst room. The towel was like a "poocha," and there was no toothpaste or anything. I posted photos and comments before, but the owner deleted them.

My brother stayed there and thought it was the best hotel you could get, especially nowadays. He said the staff were amazing, and he had a view of the emporium Mall.

It's an economical place to stay. The service isn't really good, but somehow it's good enough.
