Indigo Heights Hotel

The complimentary sehari buffet was served on the rooftop, with a great atmosphere, and the food was tasty. The waiters served everyone carefully. I picked indigo hotel at random while traveling to lahore, and the staff were very cooperative, helping us settle into the room with extra mattresses. The family room felt quiet, cosy, and comfortable. I loved the location, just a 2min walk to liberty. We had been traveling and had a flight to Australia the next day, so the hotel arranging an airport drop was overwhelming. I'd love to stay there again on my next visit to pakistan.

The BBQ was the best part, juicy and full of flavor, and the other dishes were pretty solid. The mutton, though, was tough and poorly cooked, and several items listed on the buffet menu weren't there. I went to Indigo Dinner Buffet with a few colleagues. The place had a really nice vibe and was great for a casual dinner. It was a decent visit, but the main courses could be better. I'd consider coming back, hoping for more consistency.

I spent almost 45 minutes waiting to talk to a manager, but nobody was available or seemed interested in hearing my concerns. Staff kept brushing off what I said, and the customer service was poor. The service and hospitality at Indigo Heights Hotel Lahore were extremely disappointing, far below what I expected from a hotel like this.

The rooms were clean and the hotel has a pleasant setup and good ambiance. I stayed at Indigo Hotel Lahore from 30th to 4th, but the staff let the place down. Receptionists and even the security guards at the gate were rude, uncooperative, and spoke in an inappropriate tone. Simple requests seemed like a burden, with little hospitality or professionalism. A hotel of this standard should train staff to communicate respectfully and treat guests properly. The service doesn't match the appearance. It could be much better if the staff attitude improves.
