Housekeeping was barely there. No one came to change the sheets or pillow covers, and even after calling, it took ages for anyone to show up. There was never a manager available, and nobody checked whether we needed anything. They charged me for all 7 days on the first day and made it clear there'd be no refund if I chose to leave early. Honestly, there were too many problems to name just one.
The location was nice and close to the airport, and the staff were really supportive. The rooms were just average for a stay. They only take cash or Jazz transfer, no card payments.
The restaurant food was very good, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Being close to the market was handy too. Service was very good during our stay in Phase 5, and I’d definitely recommend it.
