When we tried to lock the room, it kept opening again. We went straight to reception for help, and they said the lock wasn't working and moved us to another room the next day. At checkout, the staff said we'd damaged the lock and charged us an extra 1 thousand for a replacement. The amount itself wasn't the issue, it was how we were treated. Their team's version of events is fake. They say they have our record, so they can ask the front desk person about the lock. Never come to this hotel.

Really bad experience. The staff were awful. Not recommended, and not good for families.

The location was good, but the room management and staff service were poor. We stayed for a week and couldn't get the room cleaned properly. Every day before leaving for work, we'd ask them to get it cleaned. They'd say the cleaner would come, but the cleaner never showed up. They don't have a proper room cleaning service.

A good hotel for families. The staff were nice, and I also met the owner, Usman Sb. He was a nice, humble person.

Kamran Hotel is fine for a night. Lahore feels safe to stay in, but the hotels overall aren't in good enough condition for a family stay.
