The service team made the stay, responding quickly and being genuinely helpful. The room was clean, cozy, and well kept, just what I needed after a long day, and the washroom was spotless. Getting there was easy, and the location is prime with no hassle. The food and tea I ordered were both good. Breakfast could use improvement to match the rest of the experience. A solid five-star stay, and I’d come back.

Hardly any warm water, no service, and no maintenance. The whole thing was ridiculous and a very bad experience.

It's a good place, though they're renovating it these days.

Mr. Saeed at reception was very helpful, and room service was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Junaid. I’d read some negative Google reviews, but for this price range everything was top notch. I had an excellent stay at Shelton's Rezidor.

We had a family stay for three days. The location beside Siddique Centre is good, and the food and service were good too. The room had been renovated, but not the floor, so it looked mismatched. The shower still didn’t work after we complained. There’s a huge generator behind the residor, and it gets very noisy when it’s on. For the rates they charge, the price felt high for the services and overall quality. Three-star hotels are better at those prices.
