Khan Continental Hotel & Restaurant

The burger was badly put together, with all the ingredients mixed up and scattered inside, and it tasted very bad. The fries seemed stale, as though they'd been made several days earlier. I ordered Deal 8, which was supposed to come with a Fanta, but got Fizup instead, a drink I don't consider popular or good quality.

I stayed at Khan Continental with my family and had a great experience. The front desk responded quickly to questions, and when I called the laundry to press my clothes, someone arrived within a minute. They even provided an amenities kit, which impressed me. The rooms were nice and clean, and the customer service was really good. We tried breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, where the atmosphere and staff behavior were also very good. I'd highly recommend it.

The staff are cooperative and decent, and the hotel feels like home, which makes it good for a family stay. Restaurant food is average, but the service is superb.

The central location was convenient, and having free, secured parking on site was a real relief. The breakfast buffet, served between 8:00 AM-11:00 AM, had plenty of food and a good mix of continental and local choices. Dinner was another strong point. Staff at the front desk and restaurant were consistently professional, attentive, and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and comfortable to sleep in, with blackout curtains and bedding. Slippers were provided, and an iron and ironing board were available on request. The hotel made for a dependable, comfortable base for leisure or business travel in the area, earning a solid 4 out of 5.
