My family arrived for the Iftar Buffet after I’d called to book for eight people and received confirmation twice. At the hotel, we were told there was no booking. It was an awful situation to have to explain to my family. I’m asking senior management to take this seriously so another group doesn’t face the same thing. The phone booking staff need to handle reservations properly.

The gravies, pulao, and steam roast in the aftaar box all tasted good, and the fruit chat was fresh. I liked the naan as well. The mini samosa, bankok roll, and dahi baray were just okay, though. There was a good mix of things in the box, and I had a good experience overall.

I went down to speak with the night duty manager after he called our room about noise. His response was, “Can’t I call your room?” I said he could call, but the way he approached us felt accusatory. Asking whether everything was alright or if we needed anything would have been more professional. We’d booked the room earlier that morning, checked in, left our luggage, and gone out with our cousin. When we returned around 2:30-2:35 AM Pakistan time on our first night at Bell Morris Hotel, we’d only just entered the room when the call came. We hadn’t made any noise, so the complaint was surprising and unreasonable. The manager was rude, and it left a very poor first impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves training for night duty managers.

Getting around was easy, and the on-site parking was a real convenience. There was plenty of space, it was organized and accessible, and a security officer was there to assist and look after vehicles. The parking guidance also made things straightforward. The restaurant had a comfortable, clean setting with good lighting, suitable for family meals, friends, meetings, or special occasions. Service was friendly and prompt, with cooperative staff and smooth management. The menu ranged from local dishes to international choices, and the meals, snacks, and refreshments were described as consistently flavorful and nicely presented. The rooms were clean and maintained, with a quiet atmosphere and some privacy for families, business visitors, or anyone wanting to rest. Belmorris Restaurant brings together dining and hospitality in one place, and aims to keep the experience relaxed from arrival. With comfortable rooms, tasty food, attentive service, parking, and security, it felt like a convenient option for a visit or stay.
