Millennium Inn Hotel

The staff were friendly and cooperative, and replied to our questions within five minutes. Rooms were clean and tidy, and the hotel service was very good. Free parking, Wi-Fi, and breakfast were included. I’ll stay here again next time I visit naran.

I visited on 19-sep-25, in the off season, and they charged 7000 per night. The owner/manager was rude, and the service wasn’t good. I had a long journey and a little baby, so I stayed anyway. The rooms and washrooms were clean, but noisy.

I’m warning families about our two-day stay at Millennium Inn Hotel, Naran. The water situation seriously affected my 8-month-old baby. We asked for a kettle to boil mineral water for the baby’s milk, but management said kettles weren’t available in the room and directed us to a lobby dispenser. Its bottle was filthy and seemed to contain ordinary tap water, not filtered or mineral water. Staff assured us it was “filtered water” even after we raised concerns. In desperation, I used it once to prepare milk. My baby began vomiting right away. For the past three days, even after we got home, my baby has been in hospital with severe diarrhea and vomiting and needed IV drips. I believe the hotel’s negligence caused this suffering. When I confronted the staff, they took no responsibility and said, “It’s not because of our water, your baby must have caught a cold.” I was deeply shocked by that irresponsible, heartless response. There were other problems too. Using a hair dryer or any heavy device in the bathroom immediately tripped the power. The “room with a view” promised when booking was a complete disappointment. I strongly warn families against staying at Millennium Inn Hotel, Naran. Don’t risk your children’s health as I had to. Bring your own kettle and water if you travel with kids. The management seemed careless, money-minded, and unconcerned about comfort or safety.

Looking out the window in the morning was a real pleasure, with a lovely view of nature. The hotel is right in the market area and has proper lift access, apparently the only one in Naran. There’s parking behind the building and backup power. Room hygiene was average, the room was noisy at night, and some electrical sockets didn’t work properly. No one seemed bothered to address our complaint.
