Ramada by Wyndham Multan

The calm, well-kept surroundings and convenient location made this a good stay at Ramada Hotel Multan. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were professional, polite, and always helpful. Food quality was excellent, with a good range of choices. I’d recommend it for families, business trips, and events.

Jawad at the front desk kindly upgraded me to the executive block, which was a lovely gesture. The place was spotless and felt homey, and both the breakfast buffet and High Tea were so good. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved staying here, highly recommend it.

Getting around was easy since Ramada by Wyndham, Multan is right in the heart of the city. I found the stay comfortable, with plenty of amenities. Breakfast and Hi-Tea could use some improvement, though. Still, I had a pleasant visit and think it works well for business or leisure.

The whole gathering was spoiled by the disorganization. My friend had invited me, and he was left embarrassed because he couldn't even welcome me with a proper seat. Staff were asking other guests to give up their seats for us, which was awkward and made it clear how little the reservation seemed to matter. We had booked two places for Hi-Tea at Ramada Multan and arrived at 4:30 PM, but waited nearly half an hour anyway. The restaurant was packed, and nobody had warned us about the crowd beforehand. The manager's response made it worse. Instead of apologizing or handling things properly, he said, “Either sit or go, we don’t have a problem.” That was completely disrespectful from a hotel manager and showed no concern for guests, poor leadership, and a lack of customer service training. It was a very bad experience. I don't recommend Ramada Multan for Hi-Tea at all. Unless management changes its attitude and improves how it runs things, people should expect to be disappointed.
