I’d suggest adding a complimentary drop-off to Mall Road, perhaps twice a day. That could make guests happier, bring occupancy up, and help the hotel keep succeeding. During my recent stay at the Grand Taj Hotel, everyone was helpful, especially the dining staff and room service team. Osama at reception was particularly welcoming, polite, and soft-spoken. I’d definitely recommend choosing this hotel.

A twice-daily free ride or drop-off to Mall Road could make things much easier for guests. Since it’s a central spot for visitors, scheduled transport might also help the hotel stand out, improve satisfaction, and bring occupancy up. That’s my one suggestion after a stay that otherwise exceeded what I expected. The rooms felt cozy and well equipped, and the place was clearly well maintained. It seemed suitable for both work and leisure, with management taking care of the property. Service is what really made the visit. Dining staff were attentive without hovering, and room service was prompt, clean, and quick to respond. Osama at reception was warm, polite, and soft-spoken, and made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. The whole stay had an atmosphere of care and efficiency, from check-in through checkout. I’d recommend Grand Taj Hotel for its comfort, service, and welcoming feel, and I’m looking forward to another visit.

The staff were always friendly and ready to help, and the clean, spacious rooms made it easy to relax. Grand Taj Hotel in Murree also has lovely hill views and a convenient spot near the town’s main attractions and markets. A peaceful, pleasant choice for a trip to the hill station.

Mall Road is close, about 8-10 minutes on foot or 3-4 minutes by car, and the hotel is across from the General Bus Stand, so the area stays busy. We found the rates reasonable for the comfort, setting, and facilities, and even nearby taxi drivers praised the hotel and staff. If those prices hold in peak season, it’s one of the better options. I had a very good stay and would return. The place is nearly new and well cared for. Our room was clean, neat, and very spacious, with breakfast included. Booking staff were kind over WhatsApp and phone, and let us check in 6 hours early without an extra charge. They said early check-in depends on availability and whether it’s peak season. Reception and other staff were welcoming and well mannered. Room service was quick on day one. On the second day, the hotel was full and the restaurant crowded, so breakfast was late, and I noticed other guests complaining too. They should add kitchen staff in peak season. The hotel has its own restaurant, but I found the food a little more expensive than places on Mall Road.
