We paid a lot, though the room felt worth only 2000 per night, and they took all the money in advance along with my original ID card, leaving me unable to make a decision after agreeing to stay. There was noise and disturbance through the night, so it wasn't peaceful enough to sleep. The room smelled so bad that we couldn't sleep all night. The lights kept blinking and gave us headaches. We reported the problem, but were told it would be fixed soon, and nothing changed. The furniture was broken, the bedsheets weren't clean, the TV cable didn't work, and the internet was very slow. Be ready to pay a tip when leaving, too. Research or book somewhere in advance and do your homework before you arrive. Otherwise, some random person from Mall Road might take you to a place like this, and you'll regret it after paying a handsome amount.

I wish minus ratings were possible. This hotel is unbelievably useless and awful. Actually, most of the hotels in this lane are trash.

It's a well-built hotel, but the service is very poor. Management is stingy about providing towels and tissues, and the front desk is rude when you raise an issue. It's right next to the GPO Murree, but there are no galleries or outdoor seating areas to enjoy the scenery.

The room wasn't clean and the bedding was stained. In the middle of December, when it was freezing, they claimed there was heating, but there wasn't. The people who sent us there were working on commission and also said heating was available. That's false advertising, and I felt it violated my basic human rights. When I raised this with the front desk, they were highly combative instead of speaking decently to paying guests. This is the worst place I've ever been. If I could give it less than one star, I would.
