My room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff were attentive and friendly, and really went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I was blown away by the service and would highly recommend the hotel.

The staff were polite and around whenever we needed them. Their food could be better, but I brought some from home and they cooked it for me. Our room stayed warm with the central heating, even when we’d been out for a long time, and the hallways were warm too. Hot water took 5-10 minutes to reach the tap, but that wasn’t too much trouble. The rooms were great, good value, and the location was great. It worked perfectly as a budget place for families. We had a great stay and I’d go back.

We paid the room fare in advance, and it was already on the very high side. Service was very poor. It was minus 4' C, and there was no hot water at all during our stay of about 16 hours.
