We were very disappointed by this third-class experience. There was no warm water, the toilet smelled a lot, and it was noisy all night. I’d advise avoiding this hotel.

We booked two rooms and requested two mattresses in each, but they gave us three that were quite dirty and no extra blankets. There wasn’t even soap. At the last moment, they also raised the fare. Hotel parking cost us 200 per car, supposedly for chokidara payment. There’s no place for BBQ, and they object to every little thing. A pretty awful experience, strongly not recommended.

A wonderful place and location on mall road murree, with a big hotel at such a cheap price.

We came here almost a year ago after someone recommended the hotel. When we arrived, half the staff were asleep on a sofa. Getting upstairs was risky, and our car’s brakes almost failed. The rooms were so dirty that we were shocked. I’d recommend sleeping in your car instead of staying here.

The room was in awful shape, with ruined curtains and blankets. It felt more like a prison than a place to stay, and I haven't seen a more abused room in Murree. There was barely any internet, and no basic things like a phone or hot water early in the morning. The PTCL connection was worse than average. The condition is hard to put into words. Just keep moving and don't stay there. Happy holidays!
