I was stuck here yesterday and ended up spending the night on 30.06.2024. The room was awful, with a smell and garbage-like furniture, and the washroom was unclean, with broken glass, for example in Room no.401. The staff were unprofessional. I would never recommend this hotel.

There was no proper electricity, and the rooms were third class. The pillows, bedsheets, and bathroom all smelled bad.

Murree was packed when we went for Eid, but we found a double bedroom here for 7000. The room was good, and the hotel is right beside GPO.

We left just 3 minutes after making the live booking. The staff and manager were bad, and the rooms were dirty with poor furniture. Tourists and families should avoid this hotel.

We walked out only 10 minutes after booking. The staff and manager were senseless, and I wouldn't advise tourists or families to stay here.
