Muheez is a true gentleman. The rooms and washrooms were clean, and the staff were humble and respectful. They had internet, electricity, an iron stand, and hot water available. Food service was good, and the taste was even better than what we find in Lahore. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a very peaceful spot, around 700 meters from Mall Road and 500 meters from kashmir points. The location is very good, but the view isn't impressive, maybe two stars for that. Rooms have been renovated but need more improvement, so three stars for them. Mixed feelings overall, and the rent is on the expensive side.

We were initially skeptical, but the hotel turned out to be a very peaceful place to stay with family, a little removed from the rural noise even in June. It's surprisingly close to Murree's Mall Road. We were there for two nights, on 20th and 21st June; rain made the weather so pleasant, and the view was above par. We paid 14000 for a 2x room suite for two nights, which was really good for the price. Recommended for families on a budget.

We went to see the hotel and the staff showed us a room. But when we said my brothers and I would be staying, their attitude changed completely. They refused to give us the room and said the hotel was fully booked.
