We had a great experience at Shagufta hotel. The rooms were beautiful, there was a cozy lounge and a lovely area for eating, and the washrooms were clean. There weren’t any stains on the bed, and the food was great. Management was amazing too.

Shagufta Hotel sits among the famous attractions, so I could visit the places I wanted and return the same day. I enjoyed the stay there with my family, and the kids loved every moment, which felt like my biggest achievement. After hectic, robotic corporate routines, I’d wanted time with family, some peace of mind, and a chance to get closer to nature. The whole staff looked after us so warmly that we felt at home. The rooms and location are good, but service was poor. I wouldn’t recommend it for the food or service.

Ayubia isn’t much of a populated place. For visitors, it’s a good option to visit and then return to the hotel.

I’ve never seen management this poor. I booked online three days earlier, but when we arrived, the receptionist didn’t even know about it. The person I’d booked with was so irresponsible that he hadn’t told the service staff either. After 30 minutes, once the booking was confirmed, we went to the room. It looked nothing like the pictures: no bathroom water, dirty toilets, smelly rooms and sheets, and big black grease-like marks on the quilts. I’d booked for two nights and three days, but checked out after just one night.
