The checkout was the worst part of a terrible stay at Grand Heritage. We were quoted 9k for the paint room when we checked in, and agreed to that as part of our customized tour package. At checkout, the driver, who seemed to be working with hotel management and our tour operator, presented what he said was a paid account, with a forged bill, then demanded three times the original amount. Everyone involved pressured us for more cash. We had already booked and prepaid a handsome amount for the whole trip, so it felt like outright theft. The room was filthy from the start. The pillows, blankets, and mattress had bugs and visible eggs scattered around, making it impossible to sleep without itching and worrying. There was no hot water at any time of day, even in the morning and evening when basic amenities should have worked. We paid a premium for this customized tour, but the stay was a nightmare, with poor hygiene and discomfort. Look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle and possible health risks. There are better places that offer cleanliness, basic services, and honesty. Stay away.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We appreciated their warm hospitality and local sightseeing tips for Naran. Our stay at the Grand Heritage Hotel Naran was truly memorable, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely furnished, with a cozy feel and beautiful mountain views.

I couldn’t get a proper night’s sleep because of the noise, and the staff seemed indifferent when I raised complaints. The room was dirty, the sheets looked used, and there was a foul smell in the washroom. This was one of my worst hotel stays. I wouldn’t recommend it, since there are much better options nearby at the same or even lower prices.

The motel has a very good atmosphere and the service is good too. But warm water isn’t always available, and neither is the lift. Don’t eat the food from this hotel.

I walked in as a customer in June 21, and negotiating helped. It would be better to book ahead, though. The experience was satisfactory overall. The hotel was clean at the start of the season, but I heard it gets less clean as the season goes on. Naran hotels are usually open for only a few months, so that’s normal. Food isn’t recommended, as there are good nearby places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can arrange tour jeeps outside, and everything in Pakistan is open to negotiation. Park in free areas: one day a brick or wall tile fell onto a nearby parked car, causing a fuss, though it was eventually settled.
