Hotel One Naran

The staff are very cooperative, and the food, cleanliness, and neat bathrooms were all fine. One issue is that there are no fans in the rooms, though sometimes a fan is needed. Also, another hotel sits right behind this one, facing the window. For privacy, you can't open the balcony door or move the curtains.

Sadaf at the front desk was especially kind, considerate, and polite during my two-day stay in Naran. She was professional at checkout and helped with various matters, which left a strong positive impression. The other staff were courteous and professional too, and made the place feel welcoming. My room was clean, quiet, and well maintained, so it was comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was good and freshly prepared, but the selection was limited. A few more choices would have been nice. I had an enjoyable, relaxing stay and would recommend the hotel to people visiting Naran.

The cleanliness was awful. My room had gum stuck in the carpet, broken bathroom tiles, and stained sheets. I've attached pictures showing what guests actually get. For the price, this was a horrible stay, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel. I expected more because of the hotel's impressive name, but the staff were dismissive and unresponsive throughout. The lift worked for only about 10 minutes every couple of hours, making it a nightmare to get between floors. I called five times about the lack of hot water and was repeatedly told to wait 10 minutes or half an hour. After waiting around three hours, nobody came to fix it. I ended up showering in freezing water in cold weather, which was unacceptable.

Our stay at *Hotel One Naran* was smooth, safe, and really pleasant. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and very cooperative. We also had great weather in Naran, which made the trip even better. Ignore the false rumours on the internet, based on our experience. Highly recommend it to anyone planning a Naran visit.
