Naran Creek

The view from our suite was amazing, and it came with bedding for 8 people, so it was worth what we paid. We're a family of 7 adults and almost seven kids. When I called to book, Mr. Saleem suggested the vista suite and sent a detailed video of the rooms, which reassured me. We stayed June 24-27, 2025. The rooms were tidy, hot water was available 24 hours, and there were no major power cuts. Water and cleaning service were included, and fresh fruit refreshments were given when we arrived. The fridge in our place didn't work, though, and the quilts felt much too heavy for the weather.

A great place to stay with family, with a good staff and management team. I really appreciate the high standards they're bringing to this area.

The manager was welcoming and friendly, and the service and rooms were excellent. Views were decent too. Good value for money.

We paid a considerably high amount, much more than other luxury hotels, but comfort was lacking and it spoiled our family trip. Electricity was available for only 5 hours, while even lower standard hotels were providing it all night. The geyser didn't work, so we had to wash with cold water. Service was very poor as well. Nobody seemed to care about our complaints. It was a very bad stay, and I strongly recommend not visiting this hotel.
