I had a very bad stay here with my family. The pillows were yellow and the blankets smelled. There was no hot water, even though I’d been told every room had it. When I asked for the pillows and blanket to be changed, they said all the rooms had dirty pillows and blankets.

The underground parking is secure, and the rooms are nice and clean. It’s a bit away from the main road with all the restaurants and shops, but if you’re after some peace, this place should suit you well.

The rooms were far too dirty. I came from France to visit Naran with my family, including my parents and newborn son. One pillow was yellow, the shower didn’t work, and even the lock was broken. We were kept waiting over an hour late at night while they changed the dirty rooms, and the replacement still wasn’t clean. We were exhausted by then. They also asked for extra charges for the “extra” fried eggs we requested with the included breakfast. I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel.

The rooftop view is good, and the rooms are much cleaner and nicer than those in many more expensive Naran hotels. It’s newly built, close to the Bazar, and right by the bypass. You should stay here if you visit Naran.

Mr. Haider Ali Baig, the hotel’s General Manager, treats you like family and is a really good person. The rooms and restaurant are both very neat and clean. This is the best place I’ve ever stayed. If you’re staying in Narran, no place is better than Land Mark Hotel.
