The room was freezing, and the small heater they provided barely warmed it. There was no central heating or inverter, and even the hair dryer was missing. The shower didn't work, tiles were broken, and the sheets had stains. Furniture was dirty and seemed like it hadn't been dusted. The rooms clearly aren't maintained. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I had a bad first stay at regency hotel mirpur Azad Kashmir Pakistan. The food was poor, and they didn't follow customer instructions. Room service was below standard: I asked for tea and the waiter forgot the cups, then my food order took an hour because the receptionist forgot about it. They also have just one iron for all guests, which is ridiculous. I would never recommend this hotel.

For a city like Mirpur, the prices are way too high. They don't make an effort to welcome new customers, so it's no surprise that many rooms stay empty.

The service was poor, and the place felt dated and dirty. I wouldn't stay again.
