Denver Hotel Sialkot

The staff's attitude was really poor, and there were plenty of other problems too. The room had no heating, there was no hot water for a shower, and cleanliness and hygiene were bad. I even saw a big rat running in the hallway. I stayed five nights in December 2024, but had to cut the trip short and move to another hotel.

The rooms are decent, though nothing special, and the staff were friendly and willing to help. I checked in after midnight and they got a room ready quickly. Breakfast is included from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. It's a basic spread of omelettes, bread, butter, parathas, dahi, jam and tea, which I liked for a two-star hotel. I came expecting that level, but the pillow covers could have been cleaner.

The management and service were good, and the staff were supportive. The rooms are okay, though not especially attractive. Shops and a big market, with clothes, footwear and everyday items, are just a minute's walk away. The location is good.

It's a great location, and the reception staff are very cooperative, but service needs attention. Even simple requests can take an hour. The cleanliness is only fair and could improve with a little care. In what seem to be the best renovated rooms, the bathroom had no exhaust fan, clothes hooks or mirror. The entrance door also has no magic eye.
