The place was clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated throughout. There was full speed wifi, hot water, and 24 hours electricity, and the staff were humble and cooperative. Nothing was too much trouble. Best hotel in town.

I visited Skardu at the end of July and stayed here. The room service, electricity, staff, location, and everything else were perfect. Strongly recommend it for a great vacation.

The washroom leaked, electricity and water weren't available in the washrooms at night, and the internet kept going off. Wifi only worked in the lobby. When I complained, the generator was turned on, but it stopped after 10 minutes. They said the petrol ⛽️ had run out, and the person went to buy more but didn't come back. I left and checked into another hotel. Bottel neck looks good now.

I'm Director of Iqra University, and I'd give five stars for every part of the stay: the location, service, staff, and rooms. Perfect place to stay.
