What stood out at Thikana Hotel was the scenery. You can see lush green hills and the river nearby, and the fresh air makes the place feel especially soothing in the morning and evening. The sunset was memorable too. It’s in a scenic, peaceful part of the city, with easy access to the main city while still feeling like an escape from the busy urban areas. A calm place to stay in Muzaffarabad if you appreciate natural views.

A tidy, decent hotel near the CMH area. In 2026, rooms cost 1500 to 2000 per day. Highly recommended.

Our room had five single beds and plenty of space, all for a very reasonable price. The room names, Tulip, Jasmine, and Lily, are a fun touch. It’s a budget friendly place for families and comfortable for the price, even with luxury hotels around. Finding the entrance can be a little tricky since it’s on the first floor. I’d suggest putting toilet paper in the bathroom. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay.

We had a comfortable room with a nice view from the window, and it felt worth the money. The hotel is peaceful and central, with reasonable rates and good service. Rooms are clean, well maintained, and furnished nicely. There are family rooms, hot water, and cooperative staff. It’s a wonderful place for families, whether for a longer stay or just a visit. Highly recommend.
