The restaurant was the letdown. The food and service were bad, and an expensive side order of onion rings was just five rings. I can get the same o rings at Burger King. Still, that wouldn’t stop me staying here again. I was surprised this is a Garden Inn and not a Hilton. For an early flight or an overnight airport stay, the location is hard to beat. The covered walkway leads straight into the airport, and we returned our rental car and walked right into the hotel. They share a parking deck. It was amazingly quiet despite being directly across from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, the king bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the bathroom was huge with adjustable water temperature. Everything was extremely clean, and the refillable Brita water bottles were a nice touch. Main Square is about 20 minutes away by light rail. I’ll definitely stay again. Wish I’d had more than one night.

I’m grateful for the professional, prompt help during the closure of Ben Gurion Airport. Arranging hotel accommodation for passengers affected by changes involving the airline showed real care, responsibility, and commitment to customers. The buffet breakfast was really nice, and we enjoyed a tasty evening meal too. Staff were friendly and gave first-class service in both reception and the restaurant. Our room was clean, with a nice warm shower. The gym is small, but we didn’t have to wait for equipment and the treadmill was really nice. Getting here is simple: cross the road from the airport or use the little bridge, which would be easier for disabled guests. We booked for convenience before an early flight and had a great stay.

I made a reservation for one night on May 18th, 2026, booking it in December 2025, and also booked a Ryanair flight. Ryanair canceled that flight a few weeks later. With five months to go before the stay, I asked the hotel to cancel and refund me, but they said the reservation was non-refundable. On February 22nd, 2026, almost three months before the stay, I tried to move it to May 2nd. Again they said no: “This reservation is not cancelable and not reschedulable.” I understand they may have the right to do that, and I should have checked more carefully, but ethically they suck big time. It cost me $200. I’d also like to “thank” Mr. Rafal for his compassion and understanding, though obviously he was just following company policies. There are at least two other hotels right by the airport, Hampton by Hilton and AirPark Balice. I’ll book one of those and make sure it’s cancelable, just in case.
