Hotel Aristo

I liked my first stay last February enough to come back for a second visit to the Aristo hotel. Its location is ideal if you want to explore Białystok, and the room was spotless. The customer service was friendly too. I’ve attached the view from my window at night ☺️

The room was nice, the location perfect, and breakfast tasty. But with the busy road across the way and all the loud fast cars, falling asleep was nearly impossible. Then on our last day the hotel had a party going until 3am. They really should have avoided putting guests who weren’t at the party right above it. Three nights without sleep, thanks.

For the price and location, it’s a great place and the rooms are okay. There’s no sound insulation if your window faces the busy street, though. The staff seemed a bit tired, the restaurant wasn’t actually operating despite its good rating, and there was a smell in the hotel. The water had too much chlorophyll.

Everything went smoothly, from booking through check-in and check-out. Check-in is at 14.00 and check-out at 12.00. The staff speak English, and I didn’t hear noise even though my windows faced the street. The rooms are a bit dark but fine, and I didn’t order breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. There’s lots to see nearby, including the zoo, shops, a shopping center, and interesting architecture within a 25-minute walk. Most places are even closer.
