Quiet and peaceful, a little off the beaten track, and it had everything I needed for a trip. I could only give it 5 stars, but it's a 10! ⭐

We could walk to lots of places and shops from here, and it was peaceful and quiet. The owner communicated well, gave us clear directions, and the customer service was very friendly. The apartment was clean, smelled fresh, and had all the equipment we needed. When we asked for a travel cot, they also brought a highchair, bib, feeding set, toys, books, and a changing mat. Such a nice surprise. We'd gladly return and definitely recommend it ☺️

The apartment we got lived up to our expectations, and getting in touch with the owner was pleasant. Parking can be hit or miss if you arrive by car, but there are plenty of other spaces nearby, so it wasn't an issue. I recommend it!

There's a Żabka in the building and a Lidl just a two-minute walk away, which is handy. The place was very clean, had everything I needed, and included free parking. The service was very friendly too. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Natalia was kind and really helpful. The Żabka grocery store right next door made things so convenient. Everything was great, clean, and comfortable. A perfect place to stay in Bielsko.
