Free parking was a plus, though the lot is small and awkward if you have a larger car. The hotel is also near the spa park. My room itself was okay and the bedding was fresh, but the bins hadn't been emptied after the previous guests, and the shower drain was clogged. It was cold throughout the building, and the place is showing its age. It really needs a major renovation.

The homemade food is delicious, and the staff are so friendly. It's a lovely place to unwind, take walks, and focus on your health, with a great atmosphere all around. Pets are welcome too. We keep finding reasons to come back to Hotel pod Świerkiem 🧭❤️👏

The spot is pretty convenient, close to the spa park and its graduation tower. Clean linens earned the two stars. The rest needs serious work: the hotel feels stuck in the 1990s, with hallways that smell that way, and dead insects on the walls. The bathroom wasn't clean enough, and the attic rooms get really hot and stuffy when it's warm outside.

We ate well at the buffet, and there was plenty to fill up on. The owners, Ms. Małgorzata and Ms. Violetta, were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a request. I stayed June 12th to 16th, 2025, and found it one of the best hotels in its class for a good price. Its location and service make it easy to recommend. I hope they keep up these high standards, and send my warm regards. Wiesław L. from Rzeszów.

We came to Busko as a group of 11 retirees and had a very nice stay. The rooms were clean, and being close to the spa park was handy. Staff were friendly and helped with requests, including arranging evening get-togethers for all of us in the dining room and finding wine glasses. Many thanks!
