The room wasn't very comfortable and its condition wasn't great. The location wasn't ideal either, though being somewhat close to the city center was a plus.

Hard to make sense of, uncomfortable, and unpleasant.

In all my 500 bookings in Poland, this was the worst experience. I paid for two nights on a business trip in the coldest January, but the heaters didn't work and there was no hot water on the first morning. The place was dirty, and the bathroom had a sort of door that wouldn't close. The owners laughed about it and gave me no help at all. I had to leave the city without using the second night because all my meetings fell through. Five months later, I still haven't received any compensation. Definitely don't risk staying here.

There was no usable hot water all day. The owner said the boiler had been checked, but nothing improved.
